THE PROGRAM
Inheritance Funding Company has an attractive program for registered
brokers who refer clients to us. IFC relies extensively upon qualified referrals from brokers and various other professionals involved with the probate process.
As an IFC broker, your job is to locate prospective clients who meet three core criteria:
- The heir’s inheritance is currently in probate
- The heir expects to inherit at least $17,000 when probate distributes
- The heir is interested in obtaining an advance on his or her inheritance
If you have confirmed your client meets these criteria, then you have a qualified referral. Simply provide us with a name and phone number for your client – IFC does the rest. Unlike other cash flow streams, you are not responsible for gathering any information or documentation – IFC takes care of the entire transaction in-house.
THE REFERRAL
Compensation—Within 5 days of IFC's inheritance cash advance to the heir, IFC
will pay a substantial referral fee, based on the amount advanced, to the broker. The entire referral fee structure is set forth in the
Broker Agreement.
The Broker Action—A broker wishing to qualify a prospect for a specific
transaction and establish a referral relationship with IFC should complete either of the following steps:
- Advise IFC of the referral by calling 800.944.2072 and have the prospect call IFC at the same 800 number.
- Print out the Client Information Fax sheet
(pdf), fill out the form as completely as possible and fax it to IFC, or scan and email it to ifc@IFCcash.com.
